You can now access and complete certain account actions directly from your Rocket Dollar dashboard, including the Direction of Investment, Bill Pay Request, and Distribution forms. If you don’t see the form or action you need, please contact our customer support team.
Account Actions are viewable from the settings section of the dashboard are specific actions that can be performed by an account. To get started, enter the account actions and select your account.
Account Actions: Direction of Investment
The Account Actions for Direction of Investment are separated into Standard and Precious Metals. Each of these forms allows you to specify where funds or investments should be transferred.
Account Actions: Bill Pay
The Account Actions for Bill Pay allow you to specify bills related to your IRA should be paid.
Account Actions: Distribution
The Account Actions for Distribution allow you to request a distribution of assets from your IRA Account.
